This isn’t another binge-watch course you’ll forget in a weekend. The Mentorship Program runs for a full year: 52 weeks, one lesson every 7 days. Slow enough to stick, fast enough to build momentum.
The structure isn’t random. We rotate across four tracks — Mindset, Craft, Context, and Resilience. Each week you’ll move to the next track, so by the end of the month you’ve hit all four angles. Then the cycle repeats, with new lessons stacking on top of what you’ve already built.
Every 12 weeks, you’ll also have the option to meet me for a 1-on-1 coaching session. Think of them as checkpoints. A chance to ask questions, recalibrate, and get pushed past the habits that keep most developers stuck.
No fluff, no shortcuts. Just steady progress, one week at a time.
