No guaranteed outcomes
I can teach judgment, strategy, and better ways to think about engineering work. I cannot guarantee a raise, promotion, job, sponsorship result, or business outcome. Anyone promising that is probably selling you a magic bean with a login screen.
Accounts, community, and payments
Some products, community areas, or purchases may be handled by third-party platforms such as Skool, newsletter tools, payment processors, or other service providers. Their terms and policies also apply when you use them.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, and access rules are governed by the specific offer, checkout page, invoice, or written agreement you accepted. If something is unclear, ask before paying. Revolutionary concept.
Intellectual property
Do not copy, resell, scrape, repackage, or redistribute paid material, templates, community posts, or private content without written permission. Sharing a public link is fine. Pretending you made the thing is not.
Community conduct
If you join a community or live session, don’t harass people, spam, leak private discussions, or act like the office printer after a firmware update. Access can be removed if you make the room worse.
Brand partnerships
Sponsored content, integrations, and brand collaborations require agreed scope, payment terms, and review expectations in writing. No slot is held until the agreement and payment terms are accepted.
